2. This writ application has been filed for the issuance of direction to the respondents to pay an adequate compensation amount for the acquisition of the land of the petitioners, which has already been acquired for the construction of roads under the scheme of PMGSY.

3 . After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the writ application

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners, this writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent authority and seek appropriate remedy as may be available to them in accordance with law.
