For the reasons explained in this application, the prayer made therein is allowed and the order dated 2.7.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 4529 of 2015 and order dated 3.9.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 37781 of 2015 are modified only to the extent that if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks from today and deposits a sum of Rs. 3 lacs, he shall be initially granted provisional bail for a period of three months in which period he must make payment of the balance amount of Rs. 3 lacs whereafter the provisional bail shall be confirmed. The rest of the dated 2.7.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 4529 of 2015 and order dated 3.9.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 37781 of 2015 shall remain intact.
