2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126 (2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 109 and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation alleged against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

4. The bail application stands disposed of.
