The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that co-accused Dharmendra Kumar along with five unknown miscreants came, looted the house of the informant and made assault.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are not named in the First Information Report. Subsequently, their name sprang up during investigation. There is counter version of the occurrence also and the injury on the informant's side has been found to be simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No.254 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
