The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 353 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Laukahi P.S.Case No. 03 of 2021 (G.R.No. 59 of 2021).

As per allegation, the licence to run the saw mill of the petitioner was cancelled and the saw mill was sealed that was operated by unlocking it.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent and as per the direction of this Court, he has filed an affidavit that in future he shall not operate the saw mill, unless his licence is renewed.

No.33347 of 2021(9) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) in connection with Laukahi P.S.Case No. 03 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. If it comes to the notice of the learned court below that the petitioner has violated the order and he opened the saw mill without renewal of the licence, the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
