JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2025 Heard Mr. Mrityunjay Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Ajay Mishra, learned APP for the State and Mr. Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the Vigilance.

2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Madhusudanpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is of securing appointment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25865 of 2025(3) dt.14-08-2025 2/2 petitioner submits that the petitioner has already been terminated from the service.

5. Learned District Court is directed to verify from the District Programme Officer (Establishment) concerned, as to whether, the petitioner has been terminated. In case the petitioner has been terminated or his resignation has been accepted, the petitioner, above named, be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Bhagalpur / concerned court in connection with Madhusudanpur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C / 482(2) BNSS.

6. The District Court is directed to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner is involved in some other cases as what has been stated in Para3 of the bail petition, this order will automatically lose its force.

7. The bail application stands disposed of.
