In this case, the petitioner is seeking appointment on compassionate ground, claiming that she is daughter of Kishun Paswan, who died in harness in the year 1995, but the counter affidavit shows that Kishun Paswan had superannuated from service in the year 1985.

Without going into the merit of the case, the petitioner is aged 43 years old as well as she has approached this Court for compassionate appointment after 18 years, this Court
