2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in what was essentially a family dispute. The provision of Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code is attracted on the averments in the F.I.R. Injuries attributed to assault by the petitioner are simple in nature.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50687 of 2015 (2) dt.06-11-2015 from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Kumar Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 201 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
