In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Pranpur P.S. Case No.12 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that some persons including the petitioner came in the electric supply office, Pranpur and confined the employees, stopped the power supply and assaulted the informant with an intention to kill him. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not
