Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating was recovered from the petitioner. As a matter of fact, petitioner and the informant are resident of the same village and due to enmity he has been made accused intentionally. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 09.10.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let

No.22766 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018.
