2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Joki Hat P.S. Case No. 212 of 2015.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated and the injury report showing grievous injury sustained by the informant's brother is unreliable considering that the injured did not turn up before the Medical Board constituted subsequently.
4. Having regard to the specific accusations against the petitioners having assaulted with farsa and iron rod on the informant's brother as well as the injury report showing disfigurement of the face and the nature of the injury being grievous, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to them.
