JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-11-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Dr. Indiwar Kumari, learned APP for the State. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Ara Nagar P. S. Case No. 132 of 2020 and Excise Case No. 530 of 2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26492 of 2020(2) dt.02-11-2020 2/3 It appears that 591.9 litres of liquor was recovered from a pick-up van which does not belong to the petitioners.

The petitioners' name in this case has come only on suspicion.

Nothing is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and they are persons of clean antecedents.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge Ivth - cum - Special Judge Excise, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Ara Nagar P. S. Case No. 132 of 2020 and Excise Case No. 530 of 2020,
