JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2025 This is an application for quashing of the order dated 14.12.2018 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in Purnea Sadar P.S. Case No. 342 of 2018 by which cognizance under Section 421 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27(b) (ii), 27(d), 28 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Amendment Act has been taken against the petitioner.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.

3. Learned APP for the State has no objection to the aforesaid prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
