No. 9309 of 2016 The present interlocutory application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed for condoning the delay of six months and five days in filing the civil review application for reviewing the order dated 17.02.2017 passed in LPA No. 79 of 2012.

Heard Mr. Ratanakar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Suresh Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the opposite parties on the interlocutory application. No adequate reason which prevented the petitioner to approach the court within limitation has been shown either in the application made before this Court or in the pleading advanced on behalf of the petitioner.

Patna High Court C. REV. No.315 of 2014 (4) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 Accordingly, we see no reason to condone the delay in filing the review application.
