In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Nawadah P.S. Case No. 266 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 341, 323, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that the petitioners have taken money from the Informant in the name of giving job in the Post-office but, neither the job was given nor the money was returned to the Informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is the money the petitioners who have earlier given to the

No.18765 of 2018(2) dt.06-04-2018 2/2 Informant by way of loan, certain amount was credited in the account of his brother but, rest of the amount was not returned by the Informant for which a complaint petition was filed. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, 1. Suman Kumar @ Bittu, 2. Vidya Sagar @ Sonu @ Vidiya Sagar and 3. Sumit Raj @ Lalu @ Sumit Kumar is rejected.
