Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Katihar Mahila P.S.Case No. 76 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B, 442 and 342/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they entered inside the house of the informant and tied her hands and mouth and also tried to outrage her modesty.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is delay of 10 days in lodging the case and later on they have compromised the matter also.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11380 of 2018 (3) dt.03-04-2018 2/2 circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer is rejected.

However, petitioners should surrender and pray for regular bail.
