The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 308, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (x) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act registered in connection Mirganj P.S. Case No. 118/2016 (G.R. No. 1286/2016).

4. Having regard to the statutory bar of section 18 of the S.C./S.T. Act, the present petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed.
