1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For that the writ in the nature of Mandamus Commanding the Respondents to direction regularization of the erstwhile employees of Non-Formal Education.
Whereby and whereunder that the petitioner has participated of training preparation of Non Formal Education.
Thereafter the Jan Shiksha Padhakari has issued Training Certificate vide on 26-6-97 to the name of the petitioner Surendra Kumar and
Patna High Court CWJC No.11302 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 a letter was approved before the District Magistrate and direction to the Zila Jan Shiksha Padhadhikari to select the candidate and running a center and issued experience certificate vide on 3.12.2005 in letter no. 1449,thereafter he was received a salary through the Khata no. 2271 through in Canara Bank Sheikhpura."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
