In the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- "(i) For necessary direction upon the respondent authorities of the Aryabhatta Knowledge University to grant registration to the 40 students of the Institute for the B. Pharm course in the academic session of 2019-20, as included in the list appended with the representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2020.

(ii) For holding that these 40 students took admission in the Institute pursuant to the letter of the University dated 29.11.2019 and as such, neither the students nor the Institute was responsible for their

(iii) For necessary upon the respondent authorities of the Aryabhatta Knowledge University to conduct Special Examination of 1st semester of B. Pharm course for the academic session of 2019-20 for these 40 students of the Institute as they cannot be allowed to suffer on account of lapses on the part of the University.

(iv) For any other direction, which your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Grievance of the petitioner is pending consideration before the respondent-University for more than one year, therefore, the concerned respondent-University is hereby directed to examine each and every contention of the petitioner and take a decision on the petitioner's grievance while passing a speaking order and communicate the same to the petitioner. The above exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
