The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That the application is for issuance of writ in the nature of 'Mandamus'

directing the respondents to allow him to join his services in the Ara Municipal Corporation, Ara in the light of his continuous services for about 9 years and also in the light of resolution of Ara Municipal Board and also for payment of his all the dues."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has been allowed to join his services but then some grievances are still required to be redressed, for which the petitioner be granted liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies, as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
