On account of illegal mining (removing of sand) by the pock-Len machine, same was seized in connection with Bihta P. S. Case No.520 of 2017 and was kept at the place of occurrence itself, wherefrom the aforesaid machine were removed and for that, instant case has been registered against the driver as well as owner. Petitioner no.1 happens to be owner of item no.18 while petitioner no.2 is owner of item no.17.
Considering the allegation, let the petitioners, Ramjeet Kumar @ Ranjit Kumar and Rameshwar Prasad be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8918 of 2018 (02) dt.17-02-2018 before the learned Court below within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.
