1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. On query of the Court with regard to the stage of the case, the earned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have been framed and the trial has commenced.

3. The learned APP Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad submits that since the charges have been framed and the trial has commenced, the Court at this stage should not interfere with the impugned order.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned APP, the Court is not inclined to entertain the quashing application.
