The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 634 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1b)a/26 /35 Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that a country made Kutta and a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23152 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 Let, the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 634 of 2018.
