The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2023 registered under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 32(ii) (iii), 36 and 41 (i) (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to confessional statement of co-accused Alok Kumar Singh and dirty village politics. Further submission is that the alleged vehicles from where the illicit liquor has been recovered do not belong to the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 44 of 2023, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
