JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 In compliance of the order dated 20.04.2016, Shri Hukum Singh Meena, the then Secretary, Department of Food and Consumer Protection, Government of Bihar, Patna (Opposite Party No.2) and Smt. Sangeeta Singh, the Officer on Special Duty, Department of Food and Consumer Protection, Government of Bihar, Patna (Opposite Party No.3) are in appearance in person before this Court with their respective show cause. The learned AAG-6, appearing on behalf of the opposite parties in the present proceeding, by referring to the averments made in paragraph no. 3 to 6 of the aforesaid show cause, has submitted that the order passed by the writ Court as also the order passed on 20.04.2016 in the present proceeding have been fully complied with.

Patna High Court MJC No.4922 of 2014 (5) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 Mr. Anand Kumar Ojha, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute about payment of amount mentioned in the respective show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 and 3. However, he contends that the order of the writ Court has not been complied with in its letter and spirit. To that effect he files second rejoinder affidavit on behalf of the petitioner, which is taken on the record. After having heard the parties at great length and on going through the pleadings of the parties, this Court is satisfied that the order dated 14.11.2014 passed in CWJC No. 13110 of 2014 as also the order dated 20.04.2016 passed in the present proceeding have been fully complied with.

In above view of the matter, the present proceeding is dropped and no further order is required to be passed. Personal appearance of opposite party no. 2 and 3 is no longer required. Accordingly, this M.J.C. application stands finally disposed of.

However, if the petitioner has other grievances, he is always at liberty to approach the appropriate authority/ forum for redressal of his such valid grievances.
