JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ) Date: 14-02-2017 The challenge in the present Letters Patent Appeal is to an order passed by the learned Single Bench on 1st of October, 2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 15545 of 2015 directed against an interim order passed by the Revisional Authority i.e. Divisional Commissioner, Purnea refusing to stay the order of the Collector, Katihar. Learned counsel for the respondents has pointed out that the Divisional Commissioner has dismissed the revision itself on merits, therefore, an interim order passed by the Divisional Commissioner is redundant and infructuous.

Patna High Court LPA No.23 of 2016 dt.14-02-2017 2/2 The aggrieved person has right to seek remedy against the order passed by the Divisional Commissioner in accordance with law.
