Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we modify the judgment dated 15.04.2022, passed by this Court in CWJC No. 4814 of 2022 to the extent that at Page No. 2 of the
Patna High Court MJC No.756 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 said judgment "respondent no. 5 the Chairman (Sabhapati) Nagar Parishad, Lakhisarai" be read as 'Respondent No. 2, namely, the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai, DistrictLakhisarai'. Judgment dated 15.04.2022 passed in CWJC No. 4814 of 2022, titled as Niranjan Kumar Vs. The State of Bihar & Ors. is modified to the aforesaid extent.
The instant application stands disposed of.
