The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 325, 337, 338, 307, 353, 504, 120B, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms

The prosecution case is that the mob obstructed the traffic on NH-57 as well as railway track, stopped Chitpur-Jogbani Express and they started pelting stones when the informant being Circle Officer, Forbesganj informed the Sub-divisional Officer, Forbesganj and reached on the spot then the stones were pelted as a result several police personnel received injuries. It is alleged against the petitioners that it transpired that the petitioners organized the mob to obstruct the railway traffic.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation has been levelled against 11 FIR named and 400 unknown. The accusation is omnibus and general and only on suspicion the petitioners have been roped in the present case.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of
