Re.: Letters Patent Appeal No.221 of 2015 Learned counsel for the appellants wishes to withdraw the present Letters Patent Appeal with liberty to seek review of the order passed by this Court on 14th of July, 2014. The present Letters Patent Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.

However, the grant of liberty shall not be construed an expression of opinion on the merits of the case. As and when review application is filed, the same shall be taken up for hearing in accordance with law.
