2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304(B)/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, daughter of informant was married with petitioner on 31-05-2017. After marriage this petitioner and his family members subjected the victim to cruelty and harassment for fetching dowry and they finally killed her under conspiracy on 15-11-2023. It is further stated that informant received information through phone that her daughter has died due to electric shock.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, informant's daughter died of excessive bleeding during post pregnancy complications. It is further submitted that the informant and her relatives were also present in the cremation of the dead body. Charge sheet has already been submitted. He is in custody since 22.11.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with specific allegation that petitioner and his family members subjected the victim to cruelty and harassment for fetching dowry and they ultimately killed her under conspiracy.
6. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation and the fact that the deceased died in her matrimonial house within seven years of marriage under unnatural circumstance and petitioner is the husband of the deceased, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
