In the present writ petition, petitioner is challenging the appointment of respondent no.11.
Admittedly in the present case petitioner has not moved before the appropriate authority raising his grievance. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will file a proper application before the District Programme Officer, Katihar.
Patna High Court CWJC No.14731 of 2013 (2) dt.18-07-2016 If petitioner files an application before the District Programme Officer, Katihar within a period of three weeks from today, the District Programme Officer, Katihar will examine the case and pass an order in accordance with law but after giving due notice to the private respondent. With the aforesaid observation this writ petition is disposed of.
