The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered under Sections 376, 415, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. On perusal of F.I.R., it appears that it is not a case of committing rape. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the case, as detailed in the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31597 of 2017 (16) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Mahila P.S.
