The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay the arrear of salary on account of the 6th pay revision recommendations which have been accepted by the Patna Municipal Corporation.
Patna High Court CWJC No.15452 of 2011 dt.19-08-2015 2/2 Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that the matter having been settled by the judicial decisions, the Corporation has decided to pay the amount of all the employees in a phased manner after undertaking the exercise of determining the individual entitlement of the employees. It is submitted that the Court may grant reasonable time for making such payment.
Accordingly, the application stands disposed off with a direction the respondents to pay the remaining admitted dues to the petitioner on account of implementation of the 6th pay revision recommendation within three months from the date of filing of an appropriate representation along with a copy of this order before the respondents no. 2, 3 and 4.
