In this case, prayer has been made to issue a writ of mandamus, commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of constable in the Bihar Police (Sheohar, Lakhisarai), who applied for the said post against the Advertisement No.1 of 1998.
The petitioner is claiming that she has successfully qualified for the physical test, but finally he could not be selected.
