Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 1741 of 2019 arising out of Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 42 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The seizure list reflects recovery of 29 liters of illicit liquor. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 16.02.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
