Smt Pushpa Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 10-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State, Smt. Pushpa Sinha through Video Conferencing.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has earlier moved before this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 78692 of 2019 and this Court, vide order dated 04.12.2019, rejected the same with the liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completion of nine months of judicial custody.

As has been stated in the petition that the petitioner is in jail custody since 03.08.2019.

Looking to the period of custody, the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23661 of 2020(2) dt.10-09-2020 2/2 above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned Court. The petitioner will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence. The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes that the defects pointed out by the office will be removed as and when the normalcy is restored.
