After arguing at considerable length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the Principal Secretary,
Patna High Court CWJC No.10530 of 2021(7) dt.28-03-2022 2/2 Rural Works Department, Government of Bihar, Patna (respondent no. 2) with his grievance.
In case, the petitioner files such a representation within two weeks, the Principal Secretary, Rural Works Department will dispose it off within four weeks thereafter by passing a speaking order.
The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
