The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No.48 of 2015 registered under Sections 341,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51705 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 323, 384 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the nature of allegations and the fact that there is a case and a counter a case and both parties reside in the same house, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the respective petitioners in both these cases named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri M.K.Jha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Abadpur P.S.
