The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that the informant, his relatives and other co-villagers, on the assurance of co-accused Nawal Kishore Sah had deposited their hard earned money in the company as the accused assured the informant and others that the deposited amount will be doubled in six years. After

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25228 of 2022(2) dt.13-10-2022 2/3 completion of the said period, the informant and others met with the said co-accused and demanded their money back, but he denied to return the money.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners were not named in the F.I.R and their names subsequently sprang up during investigation. The thrust of accusation is against coaccused Nawal Kishore Sah. The petitioners have no concern either with the co-accused Nawal Kishore Sah or the investment company. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
