The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 102/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 452, 504, 506, and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties and both the parties have filed their respective disputes alleging that an altercation took place and both sides got injuries.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52212 of 2015 (3) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 against these petitioners is that they attack with hands and fists and petitioner no. 1 Babloo Yadav attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant.
Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that there is a case and counter case between the parties and land dispute and also that these petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri R. K. Sinha, learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Purnea in connection with Sarsi P.S. Case No. 102/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
