JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 4/ 20-03-2018 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioner. It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertence he has made correction in the Cause Title of the petition with regard to name of the District as „Deoria‟ in place of „Balia (UP)‟, whereas, correct name of the District is Balia (UP) and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 27.02.2018 by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail.

In view of such, counsel for the petitioner is directed to make necessary correction in the Cause Title of the petition with regard to name of the District.

Accordingly, Cause Title of the order dated 27.02.2018 is modified to the extent that in place of „District-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5141 of 2018 (4) dt.20-03-2018 2/2 Deoria (UP)‟, it should be read as "District-Balia (UP)". Let this order be communicated to the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Siwan, in connection with Andar P.S. Case No.41 of 2017.
