2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 384, 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 128/2011.
3. At the very outset, learned APP submits that the FIR has been instituted as far back as in the year 2011, but the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2019 and there does not appear to be any immediate apprehension of arrest of the petitioner.
4. Considering that the petitioner has not shown any immediate apprehension of arrest and the anticipatory bail petition has been filed eight years after institution of the FIR,
