JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 25.03.2014 passed in M.A. No. 25 of 2014 as well as the order dated 19.12.2013 passed in S.A. No. 162 of 2011, both by the Presiding Officers, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Patna.
2. In view of the statutory remedy available to the petitioners under the provisions of the Securitization and
Patna High Court CWJC No.11982 of 2014 (12) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short, 'the SARFAESI Act') against the impugned orders, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the matter. The petitioners shall be at liberty to avail the statutory remedy available to them in accordance with law.
3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
