2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 341, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, all the F.I.R named accused persons including these petitioners armed with lathi, danda assaulted the informant and his family members in which

4. It is submitted that both the parties are neighbor and due to pending land dispute between the parties these petitioners have falsely been made accused in this case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Specific allegation of assault is against other co-accused namely Gopesh Kumar. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned J.M, -1 Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No 186 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Kaushik/- U T
