ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 The petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 12.03.2016 in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 22170 of 2016 with condition that they would file an affidavit that they have fair antecedent. However, since there was two cases pending against each of them such an affidavit could not be filed. Hence the present application. Since the second anticipatory bail is not maintainable the application is disposed off with direction to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on which the Court below shall consider the same on fact that earlier this Court had considered the petitioners fit for release on anticipatory bail and pass necessary order.
