The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Mahkar P.S. Case No. 87 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his sister was married to Jamindar Yadav in the year 2015 but, his sister died on account of burn injury.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner never demanded any dowry nor tortured her daughter-in-law. The petitioner is aged about 75 years. The petitioner has no manner of concern with the deceased and her husband.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.19738 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Mahkar P.S.
