The petitioner is in custody in connection with Buxar ( Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 213 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 326 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of firing is against co-accused Ganesh Yadav and not against this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 26.11.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for nearly five months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
