ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Counsel for the Railways appears and submits that the name of the wife of the Petitioner has been added in all documents, which have been processed up till now and the rest also will be done within the next three weeks. In such circumstances, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 15.05.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.1083(C) of 2012 pending in the court of S.D.J.M., Danapur, Patna.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20484 of 2014 (9) dt.27-04-2016 2/2 However, from now on the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1500/- per month to the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.750/-.

The Petitioner is directed to appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna where the maintenance matter is pending. He shall take into consideration the fact that the Petitioner is paying Rs.1500/- and thereafter fix any amount which he may think fit. Also he shall conclude the proceedings positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.
