JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That in the present writ application the petitioner most humbly prays for issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order as contained in letter bearing no.

BSORS/KSK/791 dated 04-09-2015 Annexure-6 of writ application by which

Patna High Court CWJC No.16927 of 2015(2) dt.21-03-2023 2/3 the respondent no. 1 rejected the claim of the petitioner that her candidature for KSK Dealership for Bhupatti, DistrictMadhubani and declared that respondent no.-5 had been rightly selected for said KSK Dealership. The petitioner further prays for quashing of the marksheet dated 17-01-2013 contained in Annexure3 of the writ application by which respondent no.- 5 was declared first and petitioner was declared second. The petitioner also prays for issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to initiate fresh selection process for KSK Dealership for Bhupatti, District-Madhubani so that miscarriage of justice is averted and right candidate is selected for the said KSK Dealership."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Shri Ankit Katriyar submits that the Kisan Sewa Kendra, allotted to Smt. Bharati Mehta (Proprietor of M/s Ganga Petroleum), has already been commissioned in the month of September, 2016, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.16927 of 2015(2) dt.21-03-2023 3/3 counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other remedies as are otherwise available under the law, in case of any subsisting grievances. Liberty so sought is granted. The writ petition stands disposed off.
