2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. It is alleged that on 03.01.2023 at about 10:00 am, when informant was going home after attending the coaching class, he saw that three unknown persons were fighting among themselves and one of them took out pistol and open fired as a result of which the informant received injury.
4. Petitioner is neither named nor any suspicion has been raised against him. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. Petitioner is a student and no overt act has been alleged against him.
5. Considering the nature of accusation, this

No.26619 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P. S. Case No. 04 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
